Cases in CS2 are containers that hold pools of weapon skins, stickers, and other cosmetics, waiting to be unlocked with a corresponding key. SIH catalogues every crate type, weapon cases, souvenir packages, sticker capsules, autograph capsules, and collectible capsules, so you can browse their contents, compare market prices, and decide whether buying a sealed case or its contents outright makes more financial sense. Weapon cases are the core product: each one contains a defined skin pool spanning multiple rarity tiers, from Mil-Spec up through Restricted, Classified, and Covert, with an extremely rare exceedingly coveted knife or glove set in the mix. Iconic cases include the Kilowatt Case, Dreams & Nightmares Case, Recoil Case, Fever Case, Revolution, CS20, Prisma, and Clutch, each defining a generation of the game's cosmetic meta. Souvenir packages drop during Major tournaments and contain signature stickers of competing players and teams, making some packages highly collectable even years later. Sticker and autograph capsules contain only stickers, but don't underestimate them: Major capsules featuring player autographs can appreciate dramatically, and certain legacy capsules from CS:GO's early Major era (Katowice 2014 and similar events) contain stickers worth thousands of dollars each. Capsules need no key and open for a small fee. Prices for cases vary enormously. Newly released cases drop for free during play and are inexpensive, while discontinued older cases become progressively rarer and can trade for many times their original value. On SIH, compare case prices across 28+ marketplaces, study price history charts, and inspect the full skin pool before you decide to open or trade.
Steam Inventory Helper (SIH) is a browser extension and web platform that helps CS2 skin traders compare prices across 28+ marketplaces, check float values, calculate inventory worth, and buy skins below market price.
